ACLU: FBI Guilty of Massive Racial Profiling Operations

FBI guilty of massive profilingThe FBI has engaged in vast surveillance operations that involves unconstitutional racial profiling and "mapping" of American communities across the country, the American Civil Liberties Union said Thursday.
