- TvNewsLies Tracks the Israel Stories Ignored by US TV
- US Charges Sgainst Syria Smack of Double Standards
- Why have US television stations refused to broadcast this documentary?
- The Power Elite’s Double Standard
Which deaths matter? - Study shows Chronicle downplays Palestinian fatalities - THE SAN FRANCISCO Chronicle is 20 times more likely to report on the deaths of Israeli children killed in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict than it is to cover Palestinian children's deaths, a new study shows.
US Media Ignores Israeli Violence After Aqaba Summit - Following the 4 June Aqaba summit between President Bush and Israeli and Palestinian leaders, the US media fell quickly into the pattern of ignoring or severely downplaying Israeli attacks on Palestinians, and playing up Palestinian counterviolence as a threat to a budding "peace process."
Examining Bias in the U.S. Media - Independent Media TV - Whenever any questions the whether the U.S. media has biased coverage towards Israel in the Israeli / Palestinian conflict, they are immediately labled an anti-semite. - The Associated Press article in questions is from Sept, 18th, 2003, called Three Israeli settlers guilty in bomb plot. - If we truly had an unbiased media, they would treat Israeli terrorists the same as Palestinian terrorists. The article title should read, 'Three Israeli Terrorists Found Guilty'. They tried to bomb a girls school for gods sake.
The Media’s Double Standard - Always ready and willing to create an ‘out’ for their masters, their main claim to fame consists of the ability to be able to speak out of two sides of their faces simultaneously. Not an inconsiderable feat if you consider that the years at journalism school supposedly trained them in the art of being ‘objective’ about events.
With the media focused on Saddam, Israel makes hundreds homeless - Out of sight, out of mind - a ploy Israel has often used with brutal effect, most recently today. With the media and world attention on Saddam's capture, Israeli occupation forces demolished 22 homes in a Gaza refugee camp, making over 200 people destitute (again). As shameful as this atrocity is the fact that if you followed British news coverage, you would be none the wiser.
