A juvenile suspect is in custody after five people were killed, including three children during a "possible domestic violence situation" in Washington state, authorities and school officials said.
Just before 5 a.m. Monday, deputies with the King County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of a possible suicide at a home in the Lake Alice Road neighborhood in Fall City, department spokesperson Brandyn Hull told USA TODAY in an email.
Fall City is about 25 miles east of Seattle.
This incident has turned into a homicide investigation and Hull confirmed that two adults and three children were killed. There is currently "no danger to the public," she added.
